Founder & CEO
Lisa L. Kincaid
For more than three decades, Lisa has operated at the highest levels of corporate leadership — building cultures, transforming teams, and proving that empathy is not a soft skill. It is the most powerful business strategy in any room.
Lisa's career spans two distinct chapters of excellence. She spent the first 20 years as an Advertising executive — developing the communication instincts, audience awareness, and storytelling ability that make her one of the most compelling voices on any stage. The next two decades she spent in executive leadership, building product and transforming cultures from the inside at the highest levels of corporate America.
Throughout her career, Lisa has been a sought-after guest and keynote speaker at conferences and events — bringing the rare combination of a communicator's craft and a C-suite executive's credibility. She is also the creator of the EFFECT Framework™, a proprietary six-pillar system for building empathy-driven, high-performance cultures inside real organizations.
Before founding The Empathy Effect Inc.™, Lisa spent 14 years as an Executive Director at a Fortune 6 company, leading a 300+ member product and technology organization, overseeing a $300M+ portfolio, and launching more than 30 enterprise platforms across healthcare, finance, and consumer services. The Empathy Effect Inc.™ is her fifth venture, built on decades of proving that when people are led well, performance follows.
Today, The Empathy Effect Inc.™ represents Lisa's most personal work: channeling 30+ years of hard-won wisdom into a speaking platform, a framework, and a set of programs that give leaders the tools to build something better.
