Lisa Kincaid is the Founder & CEO of The Empathy Effect Inc.™ and creator of the EFFECT Framework™—a proprietary, six-pillar system that helps organizations build high-performance cultures through empathy-driven leadership.

Before founding The Empathy Effect Inc.™, Lisa spent 14 years as an Executive Director at a Fortune 6 company, leading a 300+ member product and technology organization, overseeing a $300M+ portfolio, and launching more than 30 enterprise platforms across healthcare, finance, and consumer services. She is also a serial entrepreneur—The Empathy Effect Inc.™ is her fifth venture, built on decades of proving that when people are led well, performance follows.

Her work spans the United States and international markets, and she holds active work authorization in the United States, Panama, and the United Arab Emirates.

Beyond the boardroom, Lisa is a recognized community leader, board member, and advocate for women and girls in technology—because empathy isn’t just a leadership tool. It’s a way of being in the world.
